Some of us have little to no exposure (there has been no time for some of us to "experiment" with mercurial and no time set aside for official training, that I'm aware of.) Being forced to use a new SCM to integrate a project that is just completing its life cycle and RTI'ing could have some unforeseen consequences if teamware is still being used, including: - bad putback - project delay It might be useful for the SCM team to keep around a teamware gate for people to putback into that have been using teamware for some time. We need to move forward, but ... requiring projects to change SCM just to do putback seems....
