So,

Our plan for the visible-keyword removal bugs was that we'd let people
generally working in the areas affected deal with them as they saw
fit.

Mostly, that's a fine plan, but there's at least one (and maybe more
than one) place where the keywords are actually used for more than
user information.

6560958 Solaris:: perl modules should not use SCCS keywords in version
information
http://monaco.sfbay/detail.jsp?cr=6560958
http://bugs.opensolaris.org/bugdatabase/view_bug.do?bug_id=6560958

Uses the %I% keyword as part of interface versioning between the perl
and XS parts of those modules. That's non-fatal to the build (and, as
best as I know, use) of the modules, but we do lose the safety of the
version check, as I understand it (and alanbur agreed with that
understanding of it).

So we need to fix it, certainly before ON migrates, possibly sooner
than that.

There maybe other cases where the keywords are used programmaticly,
rather than just displayed, but I didn't see any (I think Mike had
concerns RCM maybe using them for something or other?)

Either way, does someone want to take a look at the open
rm_sccs_keywords and figure out if there's others we need to fix if
the people normally in those areas don't, and when we should have them
fixed by?
