I think pre-migration is a necessity. Before then would be nice, since people will no doubt be building out of Hg before too (they are now, for that matter), but given the issues are largely non-fatal, I don't think it blocks. There was a brief conversation with sch that I took to mean he'd like it done with integration, however, but I maybe misreading it.
