I did some grepping around in usr/src/pkgdefs, and I found another instance
of this: SUNWdhcsr/preinstall. This one seems to be an example of bucket I,
as the ident test being done is for upgrade from S7 and S8.
Another instance is buried in
usr/src/cmd/sgs/packages/common/bld_awk_pkginfo.ksh.
This one is bucket V: it'll start generating version "0.0" packages after the
transition.
