Thank you very much, this helps a lot. The ticketing system I have
installed is Request Tracker. I see that only versions 3.4.5 and 3.6.1
are supported. I have version 3.0.12 installed, so this is not accepted
as well.

 

Is the only solution upgrading the Request Tracker version? Is it
possible somehow to test my current installation with the formally
unsupported 3.0.12 version? 

 

Any advice on this issue is more than welcome.
