Splitting the command could be laborious. There's also a case where the
resolution also provides "data" with it. e.g.

status 548: resolved duplicate 547

The new status is "resolved"
The new resolition is "duplicate"
The resolution data are "547".

We'd be stretching it if we had an even third line to describe the data
when splitting the command.
