I get a odd fealing right now... The deamon.conf of machine A is useless to detect problems with the SCMBug deamon on machine B. The SCMBug deamon must be running on machine B if you configured the glue of machine A to speak to SCMBug deamon of machine B. I think you should really read the docs.
