Those functions are situated in the .pm- and .pl-files from Bugzilla, which are situated in the Bugzilla directory. Therefore you have to configure the Bugzilla installation directory in the deamon.conf. Don't misunderstand me, but I really don't know how to explain your setup more detailled.
