Even after I did disabled the consolidate_cvs_messages 0.23.4 in
glue, I still see that the consolidated message files are created in the tmp
folder. But I am able to make a commit.

Manjit, try the newly released v 0.23.4. Set consolidate_cvs_messages =>
0, try to commit, and see if the log messages are displayed in Bugzilla.
They should be, and /var/log/scmbug/activity.log should display
"activity_verify" requests.
