Are the log comments shown in Bugzilla when consolidate_cvs_messages is ENABLED ? Sorry, I was wrong here. activity.log should also display "activity_commit" requests. Do you see any of those ? If you don't see an "activity_commit" request, that means there was never a request issued to the daemon to actually... put the log comments in Bugzilla. And this request was not issued probably due to the way the consolidate_cvs_messages policy is implemented. I don't understand. I tested with this policy disabled with 0.23.4 and it worked for me.
