If I understood Perl code correctly, Bugzilla.pm only accept version up to 3.4
In /usr/share/scmbug/lib/Scmbug/Daemon/Bugzilla.pm, around line 480, there is :
...
} elsif ( $major == 3 &&
($minor == 2 || $minor == 4)) {
$self->{ version_type } = $BUGTRACKER_VERSION_LATEST;
} else {
$self->{ version_type } = $BUGTRACKER_VERSION_NOT_SUPPORTED;
}
...
So just put in /etc/scmbug/daemon.conf something like :
...
version => '3.4.5',
...
and it should be OK with bugzilla 3.6
(Note : I have not enabled resolution template)

BTW, after upgrading to Scmbug 0.26.18, I am still facing "comment with French
letters" problem.

Seems you didn't install the latest version of SCMBug which should be
compatible with Bugzilla 3.6.0.
