Thanks guys for the help. Kristis, I  tried the suggestions in the
thread you mentioned but no luck. In your bugzilla.pm file I commented
out htis test:

    # Include the bugzilla libraries
    unshift @INC, $self->installation_directory();
    chdir $self->installation_directory();
use lib qw(. lib);
#     if ($self->is_version_latest()) {
        unshift @INC, $self->installation_directory() . "/lib";
#     }


I did that to force it to find the c:/bugzilla-3.6/lib folder in my
bugzilla directory. Even with that out of the way though, I still get
error 79. Is there any way to get more debug information past the
error 79 so I can see more information on what the problem may be?
