It's on page 187 of the Skye Collection, identified as a reel. I transposed 
it from G minor to A minor so I can play it on my harp tuned with just the f 
sharp. (the melody is gapped).

Nigel, where is *your* Mrs. Crawford from? I've heard rumors of a 
strathspey...is your Mrs. C it?
