Hello Simon,
Could you please only send mails that in plain text to this list since there are many
people cannot read mails sent in the format you have done. Despite being on a Windows
machine I cannot even read this mail.

details and how to turn this feature off.
Mails like this make no sense out of an internal Outlook only mail system, anyone else
will not be able to read the mail. You also send a lot of extra information out, such
as the path to your personal folders file (PST) and your logon name, perhaps more.
Please resend your previous mail with this feature turned off if you want anyone to
read it.
