Zope should install easily (rpm even) and you'll have basic pages up with a very short
point and click learning curve. In the first hours you'll have a couple of basic
content pages, and a few days later you'll already have them doing simple scripting.
Adding database stuff is quick too, but I'm biased. I've used it now for about 4
months, and wouldn't manage content with anything else (except vim, the gimp, and
server side includes).
No php in there though. You can only script it in perl and python.
