Hi Anand.  You may  find it quite hard to get a hold of a MB that 
supports socket 7  chips these days.  You may also find it cheaper to 
buy a new slot 1 or low spec socket a board with the price of ram so 
cheap.   You may be able to get one from VIP who are based in 
Manchester.  http://www.vip-computers.co.uk/ Be warned. Horrible 
shockwave site.
