Hi Jim,
I want to provide a DataGeneral 210 or 460 terminal emulation on Linux. I
can get Vt52, Vt100 (xterm), Vt220, Vt320, Ansi and Wyse 30/60 emulation no
problem but the application has the terminal sequences hard coded in. The
application runs on a remote box which is connected to by various means,
most of which involve IP (tcp/ip, ppp). Currently most of the users access
the application using a commercial terminal emulator program which runs on
MS-Windows and connects via telnet session. I'm trying to find something
similar for Linux.
I have a DOS terminal emulator which only runs via serial connection, and
am trying to work out if it is feasible to use this to connect;
Linux [x]dosemu Terminal emulator
