freaky, rod, you're just across the road from me!!!!

I think most adsl packages are working on asymmtetrical uploads/downloads,
i.e. 512 down, 256 up, and on business packages this is probably on a 20:1
ratio, although i'd heard that zen offered a better ratio but according to
their website, it is in fact 20. This may be sufficiently fast to host on,
however, you'd have to look at the service availability of BT, and from what
I recall, its hasnt been great of late.

Hi,

We currently use an expensive leased line service provided by a third party
in our office which has proven to be totally unreliable. While the
connection improved markedly towards the end of last year it is slowly
returning to its old ways again. Can anyone recommend a good leased line
provider or alternatively a good ADSL business package? We require one with
a good up time, excellent customer service when things go wrong and above
all a consistent upload and download rate. Our current provider is unable to
do any of these!

Kind regards,

Rod

Rod McCall.
