I sat down this afternoon to take a look at seeing if I could myself
make the modifications to ucSim to add better cycle counting by adding
tick() calls...
But after updating from SVN, configure, make, etc. I ran a little test
case with some assembly with multi-cycle instructions and was very
surprised to see the cycle count is correct! I looked at the ucSim
source code and I see Daniel has already done it with revision #11770.
