some songs can seem like they bring salvation or healing to the soul, but 
they, like all the things of this world, are an instant high or empty 
gratification. they disappear the moment the stereo is turned off. believe 
me, i think music is the greatest gift that god has given us, but it does not 
bring salvation to the soul.
