I think being an SSL certificate provide is nice work if you can get it. One good think I'll say about Comodo, they have good support, which I needed when changing servers a couple of years ago (the certificate they send you is specific to the server software you are using). If you are signing up for the first time, you need to allow some time. It's not something that you can get turned on instantly. You have to fill out a bunch of forms about your company and then they run some sort of check that supposedly verifies that you are really you. It usually takes a couple of days. Since you are not planning on running your own server, I think you might need to check with the host you are planning to use. They may have some particular requirements, or you may have to make arrangements thru them.
