RapidSSLOnline (http://www.rapidsslonline.com/rapidssl- certificates.php) has the same RapidSSL single-root SSL certs as TierraNet, for $14-$18/ yr, (depending on how many years you buy the cert for), and they're an authorized RapidSSL reseller, for what that's worth. I found their signup process pretty painless.
