Does anyone have, or know someone who has residential VoIP other than Cox or TW? If so, how is the service? Any downtime or other difficulties?
I'm looking to rid myself of At&t long distance, but I live in 858 and friends/family are in 619 or 760 so I can't just do local plan. If someone can invite me to Google Voice, that would be just as awesome.
