I don't know which one I would recommend but I can tell you I had bad
experiences with the following:


   - Pivotal Tracker (too opinonated, not matching our needs or workflow)
   - Assembla (managing multiple projects is a pain (can't move tickets
   between projects etc..), I found the navigation/browsing confusing, didn't
   bring much value you don't get with GitHub issues)
   - Trac (probably the worse of all)
   - Jira (so 1999)
   - Hansoft (not worth the money IMHO)
