I don't know which one I would recommend but I can tell you I had bad experiences with the following:
- Pivotal Tracker (too opinonated, not matching our needs or workflow) - Assembla (managing multiple projects is a pain (can't move tickets between projects etc..), I found the navigation/browsing confusing, didn't bring much value you don't get with GitHub issues) - Trac (probably the worse of all) - Jira (so 1999) - Hansoft (not worth the money IMHO) - Matt On Wed, Jun 8, 2011 at 2:09 PM, Kevin Baker <[email protected]> wrote: > We are looking a round at different project management tools. > > I realize this is a bit off topic for the list, but figure this is prob one > of the best resource for Agile development people around SD. > > Maybe people could chip in some ideas or good references for comparison. > > The levers are price, open, usability, integration with other tools. > > Some tools we were thinking of evaluating are: > > - Rally > - Pivotal Tracker > - Red Mine > - Lighthouse > - Trac > - Home grown (not really an option right now given our timeline) > > Thanks for any input. > > > -- > SD Ruby mailing list > [email protected] > http://groups.google.com/group/sdruby -- SD Ruby mailing list [email protected] http://groups.google.com/group/sdruby
