TurboGears. It's likely going to switch the object-relational manager
it uses to SQLAlchemy, but at the moment it uses SQLObject. It can't
make up its mind about what it wants to support. There's a vast gap
between the development version and the current stable version with no
real documentation of what's going on. There's no plugin architecture
and there isn't the same kind of community as there is with Rails.
And I don't like the popular Python templating stuff.
