stages of implementing DB2 data sharing after we finish upgrading all
of our DB2 subsystems from version five to version seven.

VTAMLST is full. Can I just do a compression of the dataset? What's
the impact of doing a 'z' compression using ISPF 3.4? If 'z'
compression is not recommended, how can I minimize disruption of
services?

Search390 user "TSG001" posted the following in the WebSphere-Web
Integration forum and needs your help: "We have a z/OS machine
running CICS TS 1.3 and WAS 4.01 along with an HTTP server, Java 1.3
and DB2 7.1. What options are available for connecting Java to CICS
through WAS using EJB without using the CICS Transaction Gateway
(CTG). This is not installed on our machine. It will be a
browser-based application, so we do not want any software downloaded
to the client (thin client). We're looking for alternatives along
with advantages/disadvantages."
