HOW TO TEMPORARILY SUSPEND A PROGRAM IN REXX? | by Mark Zelden

Dear Ask the Expert,
Is there any built-in fuction in Rexx that can suspend the program
for a specified time limit? What I mean is, can we put the task to
sleep? I am looking at something similar to Unix sleep() fuction
call. I am trying to write a Rexx program that runs in a loop and
does some tasks. It should suspend/sleep itself and wake up after
some time to repeat the task.
