Re: [CnD] Peanut Butter Problem
I have a suggestion that I haven't tried. Spoon the amount of peanut butter into a micro wave bowl. Try warming the peanut butter till it is warm. Try increments of the heat. I may have to try my suggestion. I should have done it before I brought the idea to bare. Re: [CnD] Peanut Butter Problem
If I want a peanutbutter jelly sandwich I mix the portion of each I want in a separate bowl. Then I take a spoon place the mixture in the middle of the bread and use the back of the spoon or a butter knife to work my way to the edge. This for me anyway makes pb spread easier. ___ Cookinginthedark mailing list Cookinginthedark@acbradio.org http://acbradio.org/mailman/listinfo/cookinginthedark
Re: [CnD] Peanut Butter Problem
Hello. I just heard an interesting tip on Newsreel Magazine about peanut butter. There is a softer spreadable kind that comes in oval tubs and is in grocery stores, which is more easily spread. I don't know the brand or what stores they are in. I spread peanut butter in exactly the same way. The back of a spoon does not tear the bread. I have to touch food; no way around that. [CnD] Smokers
Hi all, I am looking for some advice on purchasing and using a smoker. We catch some fish here during the summer and I thought smoking it might be a good idea. What should I look for in a smoker? What should I avoid in a smoker? Where is a good source to get smokers, and the various woods? Finally, do you have any tips and techniques to share? Recipes?
