Re: [Audyssey] Finding Audio Games was Blind Adrenaline's fighting game
sorry made a mistake. The site was http://www.lworks.net amd that was the correct name The-Treasures-of-Montezuma downloaded it and couldn't get it to run. So thus far after three days I have yet to start my first audio game. No ones fault but my own and my inability to function in this computer world. Felt nice and safe in my text. if games but this is a whole new ball of wax. Thanks again Tony At 04:14 PM 3/21/2009, you wrote: Hi Anthony, Treasures of Montezuma? I think you have to actually register before you can join theaudiogames'net forum, that is if you want access to the full features and things. Fortunately it' free to join. But on the main page there's a combo box that lists all the games the site covers. So you go to that combo and select the game you're inteerested in and click the Go button. That will bring up the page devoted to that game and, where applicable, its download links. Of courseif the game is a demo you will have to purchase a key from the developer himself since all audiogames.net does is list the various games and where to get them. - Original Message - From: "Anthony Vitale" To: "Gamers Discussion list" Sent: Saturday, March 21, 2009 11:10 AM Subject: Re: [Audyssey] Finding Audio Games was Blind Adrenaline's fighting game Thanks much thomas, Thanks for the list I since have gone to audiogames.net things for me are still not computing. [Audyssey] Finding Audio Games was Blind Adrenaline's fighting game
Hi Tony, Each game company that produces these audio games is different. Some companies such as mine, USA Games Interactive, leans more to commercial games. There are others out there like Jim Kitchen who offers all of his games free of charge. So there is a mixture of commercial and free games out there for the choosing. As far as if you need to install anything extra that depends on the game, operating system, and so on. All of my games currently requires the Microsoft .NET Framework and usually that is an extra download and is required to be present when you use any of my games. Other game companies such as Kitchens Inc, GMA, etc usually don't need anything extra. Although, on newer computers running Windows Vista and Windows 7 since VB 6 is no longer directly supported you do have to get and install something such as Jim Kitchens WinKit program that replaces many of the VB 6 libraries missing in newer versions of Windows. Smile. Anthony Vitale wrote: I appreciate the assistance but that was a rather brief responce for a list that is ment to assist don't you think. I could ask do the games cost, do they run by them selves or do you need to download some special something, do you have to sign up to a special something to be able to download. oh by the way I went there but for some reason it wouldn't allow me to download anything. Guess I did shomething wrong huh but I don't have a manual to tell me what to do.
