A nice portrayal of Times Square. I might have pulled the highlights down a bit more and boosted the shadows a little, but would have to see what you had to work with. Times Square has become a Disneyland for tourists, but I don't miss the bad old days. In 1980 one would be accosted by hookers and drug dealers when walking through Times Square, which I did daily on my way to and from work. The businesses were camera stores that ripped off tourists, titty bars, porn bookstores and fast food joints that specialized in salmonella. Theaters were closing monthly. I was accosted at gun point in broad daylight on 44th street just west of Broadway. The detritus of the Lindsey administration and Times Square character. I'll take Disneyland. Cheating? Debatable. Innovative? Certainly. This is how progress is made. Just compare today's F1 cars with those of the 60's. In the 1970's, the English Flying Dutchman sailor, Rodney Pattisson (World Olympic Champ), claimed to have developed a new jointed centreboard which allowed his boat to point a few degrees higher. It was banned before it even saw the light of day. Perhaps it never existed?
