I am having the same issue (111) Error: Cannot get play URL for ... Has anybody found a solution for this. I have not been able to get the mixcloud plug-in to work. I got mixcloud working thanks to all the help in this thread. But it stops running after ~ 10 minutes everytime, leaving no clue in the server logfile. Logitechmediaserver is latest beta v8 as of a few weeks ago. Main squeezebox is a Transporter. I am using the PLayMP4 plugin to add the custom-convert.conf file. Any ideas? I had no idea whatsoever that it was necessary with older models. Earlier, I installed ffmpeg and tried manipulating custom-convert.conf to no avail. Two related issues: 1. I cannot reproduce your problem. MP4 files served on local network play fine with the plugin activated. 2. Playing mixcloud streams generally fails silently, after ten minutes or so (this problem seems to be reported multiple times in this thread). Interestingly, a few random mixes played without interruption. Hi there, I am not a heavy user of the mixcloud plugin (although I very much appreciate it), but , I was a regular user of mixcloud-downloader.com. The site is broken since early March. And, I would like to pass the following message to the author of the LMS plugin: I don't think you need to launch your own web service. Please consider that there are many other sites, from which the source URL of a Micxloud stream can be scraped. An example would be. https: / / www, dlmixcloud, com That site appears to have a very similar interface to mixcloud-downloader, and, it returns the original mixcloud stream URL under a red button "Download mix" I am not sure if it helps. It could be solved by setting up my own webservice to get the playable track, but I really don't know how many people use the Mixcloud plugin, and what the costs would be of such a webservice. I've not been a big mixcloud plug-in user, but it worked pretty much. Since I've started pumping out posts and mixes via my ctproduced.com website, I figured I'd test some of my own mixes via my beloved LMS system. Sadly it fails. I get loads of errors like this in the server log. Last time the server crashed, maybe unrelated but worth mentioning. The new code is in a test branch in Daniel's Github. If all goes well it should be out soon. Brave souls can probably find it and try it themselves but for most it should appear as an available update over the coming days (if testing shows it has resolved the issue for those that have one). I don't have time to look at it in detail today - but from a quick glance I spotted a couple of things to look at. Has mixclouddownloader changed their page layout - I don't remember a banner asking for donations (that might be confusing the plugin). I also saw what I think is an unusual field in the header of the m3u8 from MixCloud that referred to an encryption key. I released 0.1.7 in the main repository. This fixes the 404 Not Found error when browsing Mixcloud. It can take a little while before it shows up in the official third party repository if you haven't installed any custom repositories. If you installed Paul Webster's repo, it might not update because the version number is the same. If you haven't, it will update to the fixed version. If you keep Paul's version installed (and the repo), there is no problem, it the same as the official 0.1.7. I have "Update plugins automatically" ticked (bad idea ?) and it must have done it itself. Tried LMS this morning and Mixcloud is now at least partially working. Glad to hear a new, fully functioning version of the Mixcloud plugin will be released soon :) LMS is the ULTIMATE music server, it has EVERYTHING THERE, I can't believe it took me so many years to discover it. I needs a new name and some updated themes (I've tried the Material Theme and the ext4gls -or whatever it's called, neither much good), otherwise, I am so fn impressed. It didn't work to start with, and pause/play was no responding properly once the track had started. But if I started from the beginning of the track I got dual synced players. Hi again, tested some more and only on the Logitech Radio and on my Squeezeplayer on Smartphone it works without the stopping after round about 10-12 minutes. On my Receiver connected via the airplaybridge and on my Raspberry with Max2Play it stops. In the log then comes this entry when the music stops. But what i not understand is that the music plays fine for a while. How long the track plays seems to be related to the length of the track itself. you say your track played for 10 minutes and it is about an hour long I got 20 something minutes with a track of 2.30 hours long. this might be a lead to understand what is going on. I was wondering if anybody still uses this plugin. There seems to be litle development on github. And I couldn't get it to work until stiefenm on Github made a pull request. Made the change in the file and it worked. But now I don't get it played synced. I've tried it on native players I have a touch and a radio. Mixcloud Files (MP4,M4A) work perfect with Squeeezebox Radio. I read in
several posts that the HW decoder of this device can handle this file
formats.
Mixcloud Files (MP4,M4A) can't be played on Squeezebox Receiver out of
the box. So I tried to install local encoder on the LMS. I installed
LAME and FFMPEG. I change the CUSTOM_CONVERT.CONF as mentioned:

I can still play tracks from MixCloud. I only have a Touch, so it's difficult to debug things for other players. If you can always reproduce the issue, maybe you can post some debug logs of the Touch (where is works), and the same track on a player where it doesn't work. I haven't had any problems since updating my LMS, which I have done several times over the last several months, basically whenever I'm alerted to a new LMS version available. Don't know what if any effect this had on my Mixcloud issues but Mixcloud works find these days on my Touch. I'm new to the plugin and can't get it to work. I confirmed I am human and the API key is in the plugin settings. I can go through the directory structure in my browser to a given mix (or drop the URL in to the URL link) and after a 10s-15s delay I get the artwork, the album, the artist and the bitrate, e.g: YUEN YUEN Xclusive Mix x Mixology andrea_mi 320kbps/70kbps, MP3/MP4 (Mixcloud) However, the track timer stays on zero and there's no music. When I go in to Mixcloud on a Duet handset I get the same artwork, etc and then get a brief flash saying "Unable to play this file type." I have tried switching from MP4 to MP3. Any idea what I might need to do to resolve this, please? In case it helps, the BBC iPlayer plugins work well, as do Soundcloud and Radio Paradise (FLAC & 192kbps). My confirmation of being a human is done on a PC which is on the same router as the LMS server.
