Hi,
In the queue.conf I have set the strategy set to ringall but only the lowest
agent number ever rings??? A show agents at the CLI shows three agents
logged
in yet only the first agent ever rings. I have my agents in a group,
group 1.

Hi,
Is there a way to see what agents belong to which group. In the CLI I see
references to my Agent group ie Agent/@1 but I have no way of verifying that
all users are in the right group.
Thanks

With this method, I can't seem to get the expected queue
functionality to work. When I was doing it the old way (via
AgentCallbackLogin), when I would login as an agent and disconnect
then call into the queue to test, I would be put on hold, hear MoH
and the agent extensions would start

If you have only one member configured in queues.conf, it will bridge
the call immediately. 1 member configured and it works as expected.
Thanks for everyone's help!

This is easy. :-) How are you creating the call? From an AGI script?
Here's how I do it.
$maxtime = $timelimit * 1000; #$maxtime is maxlength in seconds
$timelimit = |30|HL($maxtime:6:3); #This will provide a
warning @ 60 and 30 seconds.
return $timelimit;
Append $timelimit

Hi.
Another agent question: is it possible to put an agentlogoff on an

Something like:
