As far as I understand it, Leafnode is a very different beast in terms
of the spool it produces so shouldn't be suprising that this does not
work. I'll be happy to apply a patch if someone writes it but, for the
moment, I'm going to simply document this as a known limit

As far as I know, Ganglia will not compile on i386/gcc-4.0 or Mac OS X
with GCC 4.0 either. Also, this is not the only problem with GCC4 and
