kept alive by the python

system-wide with pip, as they will shadow the modules that are installed by
Debian, and will never be upgraded, which will lead to all kinds of
weirdnesses.
If my intuition is correct, and an old html5lib has been installed by pip,
you'll want to purge the contents of /usr/local/lib/python3*/dist-packages/ (or
~/.local/lib/python3.6/dist-packages) to fix your system.

When using systemd, and having several versions of postgresql installed, an
upgrade of e.g. postgresql-9.5 will stop then start all versions.
It seems that the maintainer scripts use "invoke-rc.d postgresql $action
$ver
people who don't want to get all the traffic from the reports.
I think it's a good idea to migrate the current list "as-is" and to think about
splitting off in a potential second step, if there's consensus that the traffic
is too high.

Hi,
Did you run the daemon as root? The daemon needs to run privileged, and allows
users to create VMs and virtual switches.
If it didn't start as root, could you please paste the full output?
