It is no problem to host Debian CD images on your own server, as long as
you comply with the licenses of the software. Above all, for full
compliance with the GPL you will need to host the _source_ images in

the only files that were on the CDs but not on the mirrors have always been
documentation files (READMEs, html files), never .deb packages.

y, downloading DVDs with jigdo under Windows works. The only thing
you need to ensure is that you use an NTFS partition, because FAT32 does
not support DVD-sized files.

Repeat this command for each mounted .iso. After that, start jigdo-lite.

XFS support. However, if you have enough disc space and
set up the partitioning the right way, you can convert the system to XFS
after it has been installed.
