When I change 'attach 200' to 'notify 100', /usr/sbin/ath3kfw gets
called and the firmware gets loaded into the chip. But nothing of BT does work.
I think some of the nd_*.ko modules do not attach and due to this the
device is not created.

Why the BOOTP/DHCP are not logged by the ipfilter?
This could smell as a problem caused by the AP, but any other device
(for example an iPhone) connects fine and gets an IP addr.

Hello,
The old chip now works fine after compiling the bcm.ko with special options
and installing a port for the firmware blob. A big thanks to Adrian for
this work.
What I'm still struggling with, is put a static IP addr, and not DHCP in
the interface
like
