Eric,
The device appears non-compliant with USB 1.1 specification
for power. Their documentation states that it is USB
bus-powered,
drawing a maximum of 100mA from the bus; yet the device can
supply up to 200mA for 16 output pins. Add the power needed
for the 'dev

Hi,
The camera must be powered on first before some of the
registers work.

Stefan,
I have confirmed that the command
cat /dev/video0 > /tmp/videodata
does stream, filling /tmp up quickly. I used 2.4.4 kernel,
as it did not compile on a 2.4.0 series.
Your earlier posted code showed checking register CR02 for
the buttonpress with a value of 0x4002. On my model, the

Stefan,
I have gnometv-0.3 I may try to use that.

W9968CF was used in the webcamgo, and other chips were used
under different webcam names. Under usbdevfs

Some compilers are built from components. If there is a
file *-core-* in the directory, you need it, (it contains
code in common with other compilers) but you will also need
another file for the front-end/back-end for the specific
language that you seek: c++, java, objective-c.

Hi Jesse,
It is likely that the module to drive the keyboard is not
loaded. Check to see if hid.o is loaded, with lsmod, or cat
/proc/modules. This can be accomplished in the boot
scripts.
Information is in the kernel source file

There are developing efforts, or beginnings. See
voip.ring.org for a linux effort,

other projects that work with changing keycodes for X. Do look at the funkey
documentation.
Good luck to you and your project.

Hi Pete,
The configuration C: should change to show change in active configuration.
The interface I: changes whenever a device is plugged/unplugged and a
driver grabs the device. So a single read would not do for these.
It is a inconvenient to obtain this information, but sometimes useful.

Hello Luca,
The text appears to show that the device accepts high-speed only, and
a disconnect from a high-speed hub 4, and a reconnect to a full-speed
hub 2 is doomed to fail.
