Hi, if you are using latest Talkback, you can simply asign swipe up/down
for previous/next level of granularity. So just swipe up and down for
changing reading levels.

vocalizer or eloquence TTS you can do so. go to TTS settings and check

In Answer to your first query, you can control the speaking of digits in
various formats only if your TTS supports this. Google TTS does not seem to
be having this feature. In response to your second question, just always

At any rate, it is not a good idea to use the phone when it is on charge. The
radiation exposure goes up considerably when the device is on charge.
It is not the Talkback problem and you need not uninstall it.

put the accessibility shortcut also on, after put it on you will able

you cant get mail tts voice unless you don't downgrade your updated
installation. you can downgrade the update anytime from settings>
apps.
for your second question,
as far as I know there isn't any settings related to punctuation.
but still check with the talkback settings.
