Hi, I had this problem. I resolved it by removing GW with add/remove programmes. Then ensured that all directories were deleted. Then removed all entries in the registry. Then re-install the latest GW. Problem solved. I don't know if the last step, i.e the registry removal was entirely

Hi, you need to set CDEX to access freedb. press F4 for the settings pages, and it's one of those. Just needs an email address, I think you can leave the other settings alone. You might want to check the box which has cdex query the DB when a disk is in the drive. HTH, Joe Paton
