i've try to deliver better logs. I've disabled your plugin, and
everything went back to normal. No problems as described above.
Perhaps it isn't your plugin alone, but a combination of my other
running plugins. A wild guess: i've also plugins like custom scan,
trackstat, db optimizer running.
I had a mistake in the version number of the plugin install file.
So ignore offers by LMS to upgrade the plugin until after 12:00 UTC
today.

When I pull the RPI player running squeezelite out of the group, it

This morning, using version 0.0.14c, I added Radio Swiss Jazz to my
current playlist, to be played next. BBC Radio 3 was currently playing,
using the BBC Sounds plugin.
As soon as RSJ was added, the times display

I think that they have added metadata into the flac stream and perhaps
that has confused our players.

Ok, installed lms 8.2 on a windows laptop, scanned just a small

complexity and latency this is a worse situation than my original setup,
as the laptop I just installed the temporary server on is accessing the

That's without and with your change respectively... same number of

I've just made that change in beta 0.0.14b
However, I think there is something else to this because that mechanism
(whether it is right or wrong or inappropriate) is used in numerous
places in this plugin (and my earlier ones) and does not cause general
failures for MAC users.
I think it must be
