You need to go to Admin>SB+ Setup>SB+ Configuration Patterns>F5-System Defaults and set the "SB+ Subroutines in Dictionaries" field to "Y" After that you would need to regenerate the dictionary entries so that the default "ERROR" i-type gets replaced with an i-type that uses the SB.SMART.QUERY

Are you the client or the server? acceptConnection is only used by the server to accept incoming socket connection requests. If you're trying to communicate as a client to a remote server, you won't use acceptConnection, you'll just open the socket, write the request, read the response, and close
