After it awakes from sleep mode the touchpad doesn't recognize a second
finger when the first is clicking thus preventing to drag & drop.
Also cursor tends to lag easily. The bug occurs on kernel
4.13.0-32-generic not on 4.11.

I have experienced the exact same problem on a different Laptop, a
Thinkpad T470. I fixed the issue by rolling back to the original
versions of grub and shim-signed.
