Did you try to add the link into the library ldconfig?
Looks like ld does not know where the library is.. I would add the path and
then try to reinstall vpopmail to make sure just rerun it on top..
Just my 2 cents.

Hi everyone not sure if this is related to vpopmail but maybe you can direct
me to where to check. I have a client that when he gets email from a
newsletter it changes the _ (underscore) into %20. I use simscan,
spamassassin, qmail and vpopmail. I have now changed the spamassassin .local

Here is how you could make it work with the mv
Backup all your data. Remove the domain and alias create a new domain and
all users for that domain cp or mv all that mgs into the new domain. It
should be fine for you.
Just my 2 cents.

Here is my settings for the Dovecot
/configure --with-vpopmail --with-mysql --with-ssl --disable-ipv6
--without-bsdauth --without-checkpassword --without-ldap
--without-pam --without-passwd --without-passwd-file --without-shadow
--without-static-userdb CFLAGS="-DHAVE_VPOPMAIL_OP
EN_SMTP_RELAY"
Hello since we are talking about Dovecot which I use for my imap, I wonder
about what you guys think about using it as pop3 instead of using qmail
pop3?
Just wonder. (I use qmail pop3 now no problems whatsoever)
