This is a universal thermostat. It is not a Wi-Fi thermostat.

We have the Honeywell Thermostat 9320 WF5003-u
It too was about $200, but the Honeywell Total Comfort app is quite accessible
and you would need the Mac address of the thermostat to setup yr account so you
