Re: [AI] (no subject)
I don't think that any private or PSU bank has open policy of not providing basic banking facilities to VI customers, specially after issuance of several guidelines from IBA, RBI, DFS, CCPD etc. Its the ignorance/subjective attitude of branch officials which leads to such incidents. I think you should write to customer grievance cell of Yes bank, details of which can be obtained from their website. Re: [AI] I phone or android
I have used both operating system. Go with iphone if budget is not a constrain. Consider Iphone SE, Iphone 6Sor 6s+ or higher model. Else, android phones are also great, but I tend to lean towards Iphone for ease and intuitiveness of this device. [AI] Denial of banking services
Hi Surinder Firstly I have put a subject line to your mail. If you could provide the details of the Bank / branch, possibly the officials name etc. We can take it further. We had some success by taking these issues with IBA. You can go again with RBI circulars and even recording the conversation to build documentation. During the recording you can ask for his name and designation or go with sighted person to get the info.
