There is a print screen button on the top right corner of all keyboards. It is 
normally labelled as prtsc.

You may press this button to take a shot of the entire screen. If you want to 
capture the active window only, and perhaps you want to do so, go to the window 
and press alt+prtsc for the screen shot.

Now press ctrl+v inside the email to paste the screen shot.

Hi,
Refer to RBI's circular on Banking facilities for senior citizens and
differently abled dated 9th November, 2017. It is available on RBI's
official website www.rbi.org.in under notification link. When you
click on notification link, a table is displayed. Go to end of the
table. Then click on 2017, Then click on November. Then go back to the
new table which appears on the web page. There you can find the
desired circular.
Also, there is no RBI guideline to provide higher RoI on FD to persons
with disability.
