Re: [AI] Airtel thanks app Android review & response

2022-08-28 Thread Mohib Anwar Rafay
Airtel thanks app is almost inaccessible in my android phone. If you
are airtel payment bank customer, you can login there using chrome in
your windows machine and get an option to pay your bill. I regularly
pay my airtel postpaid bill using the airtel thanks app through a
direct shortcut placed on my homescreen by my phone's system. I use
airtel postpaid connection not the black membership though. If you
login to airtel thanks app, choos banking tab, and scroll down, there
you will see an option to pay the bill, from there its accessible. For
more detail, kindly call me between 10 - 6 at 996464

 Your rating:★
I am very disappointed with the app in its current format. While it
was not very accessible using it with a screen reader even earlier,
but the latest version of the app is absolutely impossible to be used
with the mobile screen reader. as a result, I don't even know how I am
supposed to make a payment of my Black Bill since there are not many
options or even third party sites through which one can make the
payment. Request you to focus urgently on the Android side of the app

Thank you, Rajat -Team Airtel Thanks

2022-08-18 Thread Prerna Sobti
Hi
For a change, yesterday I used the Airtel thanks app on my iPhone, within few
minutes I was able to pay my uncles landline bill this was the first time ever
I don’t know for how many days or weeks or hours or minutes it will last. All
the best to get this thing sorted

Hi Bharat,

This link has the nodal officer contacts for all the circles:

Normally they respond in 24 working hours, and I find that the team sitting
there have a better idea of looking into and answering the issues.

Besides as I shared, using their app & web interfaces devoids us of
the extra cashback we stand to gain by paying through the other

2022-08-18 Thread Bharat
Hi Vaibhav,

You are right. Airtel thanks app & Airtel's website are the only 2
ways to make the payment for the Black bills. Obviously, there are a
lot of disadvantages for making the payment of the bills through
Airtel's interface as one doesn't get the discounts while making the
payment that one does while paying through Amazon & other apps &
websites.

Please let me know how can i approach Airtel's Nodle officer?

This looks like an auto-response, or general copy paste stuff.

Have you tried other apps for paying bills, like Amazon? I did not
understand, but do you mean to say that the Airtel thanks app is the only
medium to pay Black plan bills? In that case you should write to the nodal
officer rather than the developer as it is the general customer response
team and might not understand or even prioritize things, or to both.

Thanks,
Vaibhav

[AI] Airtel thanks app Android review & response

2022-08-17 Thread Bharat
Hi,

Recently i wrote a review of the Airtel thanks app on playstore &
almost immediately i heard from the developer. Given below is my
review along with the developers response.

Interested may write to the developer as per the enclosed details:

Airtel Thanks – Recharge & UPI
Your rating:★
I am very disappointed with the app in its current format. While it
was not very accessible using it with a screen reader even earlier,
but the latest version of the app is absolutely impossible to be used
with the mobile screen reader. as a result, I don't even know how I am
supposed to make a payment of my Black Bill since there are not many
options or even third party sites through which one can make the
payment. Request you to focus urgently on the Android side of the app
.
Developer response:
Hi, we work to deliver stable connectivity experience for our
customers. Please drop us an email at socialc...@airtel.com along with
your registered number. We’ll get your issue checked on priority.
Thank you, Rajat -Team Airtel Thanks

Thank you,

bharat.
