Hello just go to the tools menu \options\move to the advance category by pressing down aerow after that just press once tab key and then press control +tab key till you reach to the update tab from here you can manage your update settings of firefox. enjoy. Maybe that's because the webpage hasn't finished loading yet? Jaws starts reading only after the webpage is fully loaded. I am also facing the same problem with jaws 14 and windows 7 64 bit. Some time whil reading the web page, it sudenly start saying blank blank.
