Hello, For outlook express. Go into tools with alt+t. Then look for options and hit enter. You will fall on the general page. Use control+tab several times and stop at, signature page. Tab in here and study this page. I have created many signatures. If you need more help or steps let me know. I will try to help you amke a signature. No there are issues with that and there have been discussions in the past. Remember that all our messages can be tagged by public search engines like Googles. So I wouldn't like my contact info to fall in to the hands of some crappy advertisers. Yes, there is a short cut. If you assign your signature as your address, then at the end of every mail your address will come.
