Most can use a cloud relay to tunnel out of nat but the user experience is

Cheapest non-5ghz solution would be Mimosa B24's, but AF24's would work a
bit better at that distance. I would use regular AF24's instead of
AF24HD's, because at the price of the HD, you might as well just go with an
AF11 link.

Well, that depends on what you consider just fine... unless you're
somewhere were it never rains, any 80ghz link at that distance is going to
be dropping.

But yes, any 80ghz radio with decent tx power should work at that
distance... you'll get maybe 99.9% availability, but it will work. If you
only need 300Mbps, I imagine it would be cheaper to just license an AF11
link, or find some used older 11ghz radios anyway.

I assume you are talking about PTP?  If you want to do licensed, you can do 11 
GHz.  It will hit those speeds for IP throughput.  PTMP would be tough outside 
of 5 GHz.
